I came home to a nice bunch of flowers from Carlos today to mark his return home. I was tired after a long day. I was interviewing for a senior practitioner today and I hadn't scheduled enough time for each interview so we were back to back non stop from 9-12.30 which was quite heavy going. The candidates were all fab and gave great interviews which is why it took so long,no one was in and out in five minutes. I felt really lucky to have a great pool of people to draw from and am excited about the new person joining our team.

I spent a night in font of the telly watching New Girl, those that liked Friends and HIMYM will like it, find it on Netflix, it's worth a watch.
