Portrait of P.

We had a special evening with P. today. Last spring she asked me to photograph her daughter's wedding photograph and I refused at first, I recommended to ask some one professional. However I took the challenge and I got perhaps one of my most beautiful portrait

I wanted to get a portrait of P. for many reasons, she is a very special woman. It's obvious from where her daughter inherited her beauty, both inside and outside. P. was one of the first nurses in Finland to get an education to prescribe medicines. She and her husband share the love for lake Saimaa with us and guess what, she is capable of navigating and driving the boat by herself!
