If people start asking for too many directions, without actually buying anything,
Pete has a stick by his foot, which is somehow attached to Ben's behind.
With an unobtrusive ankle flick by Pete, Ben lurches upwards, encouraging the as yet non-customer to think again.
They'd probably at the very least, buy a bottle of Coke to calm their nerves.

incase you're wondering, Ben is a toy dog.
Not that I've ever seen another quite like him before.
All I'd say is, if you're name's Bradley Walsh - you have been warned.
