Another west coast sky

..As well as a good chunk of west coast! This was taken from the shore road in Innellan this afternoon when we noticed that the wind had died and the threatening mass of cloud that had made us turn back had smoothed itself out into this watercolour of a skyscape. We wondered if the cold front that we'd seen on last night's weather map had moved over the Firth while we walked, as the sunshine of earlier retreated eastward.

I'm happy with the yellow on the foreground rocks on what at first glance seemed a totally dreary late afternoon.
