Movement in the Night time

Even on a quiet night, the city remains in motion. People going about their business. Time stops for no-one., not even on a Friday night nearing 10pm. Cars wait for traffic lights before speeding on their way.

As an aside, the featureless building in the middle, with the lights only on in the stairwells, is the building I worked in for two years to deliver the vote counting mechanism for the 2012 Scottish local council elections.
