Autumn? Are you sure?

Today was wonderfully warm and sunny here in Northampton. The outdoor thermometer (in the shade) read 22C this afternoon and there were a few bees and ladybirds about.

According to many summer garden plants, it's still summer as they go on and on flowering. My honeysuckle is full of blooms and is not going to sleep any time soon!
