Seriously?

More than words

This lone self seeded geranium is all that is left to give any colour on my balcony. Pretty thing when it was in full bloom, it is suffering from the recent heavy rains, but although it bends, it does not break and still the flowers sway and sing even as they fade and we both wait for Spring.

The havoc that words can cause has filled my recent days but it's only words so here's some music instead. More than words and from 1968, Words sung by Barry Gibb with too many teeth, which is just too cruel after my visit to the dentist on Friday !

And the last word goes to Lord Byron:
But words are things, and a small drop of ink,
Falling, like dew, upon a thought produces
That which makes thousands, perhaps millions think.

― George Gordon Byron
