Farewell Angel

"Daffodils should be planted out now," says Monty Don. And whatever Monty says should be done. Without question. For he is a good man.

The difficulty was that summer poppies occupied a space destined for daffodils. The poppies had to go. I don't think Monty is aware of all the consequences of his advice.
