New Shoes and Better News

My new shoes - that actually arrived on Friday but I forgot to bring them home so they have sat in work all weekend! They are actually a dark blue, which hasn't quite come out in this shot, but is the reason why I can justify their purchase. And I've got another pair due to arrive tomorrow. I may not be keeping both, but then again... The highlight of today was an unexpected visit from a friend and former colleague. And the same person that there wasn't good news about last Monday. Lovely to see that he's not planning on letting it beat him.
