Dayshift and phoning about Dad's move North.....not a great combination but needed to be done. Seems a lot will boil down to a team of Managers in the care system........caring huh !! ;0)

Its damned annoying talking to someone down a phone that you want and needs a good slap round the head......it'll keep though. Everything comes to he who waits.......arm back and waiting !!! ;0)

Dayshift and more calls tomorrow.......could be more inline for that slap..... although the Lady from Citizen's Advice was a wee gem.....Ta Luv !!! ;0)
