Ingolstadt

I've found some blips not far from the center of Ingolstadt, but no picture from the center itself. So, this is it....

Here you can see the churches of Saint Maurice (Moritz Kirche - from 1234) with the Whistle Tower (Pfeifturm) - in former times there was someone living up there and looking for fire in the city and if there was a fire he would whistle....

The X-Files episode "The Post-Modern Prometheus" makes a reference to the University of Ingolstadt. This was an allusion to Frankenstein, as the episode was filled with Frankenstein references, and the full title of Frankenstein is actually "Frankenstein: or, The Modern Prometheus" (also see: Prometheus)."
