Mt. Galbraith

Andy and I went on a trail run today - 4.7 miles, 1,220 vertical feet. Running up hurt...a lot...and was broken up by a lot of walking. Then we ran back down, and ran, and ran, and ran. It took 30 minutes to run down - no wonder it hurt so bad running up. It hurts a lot more, but I think I prefer trail running to road running.

There is some wonderful scenery at the top though. You get a not-seen-anywhere-else view of Golden, a nice view up Golden Canyon, some great looks into the mountains.
