Zenith arrives

Two months ahead of its expected publication date, my hardcover graphic novel collection of Zenith arrived this afternoon. Created by Grant Morrison and Steve Yeowell, this twisted superhero series ran in 2000AD from 1987 to the early 1990s. Due to legal disputes, Zenith had never been reprinted in its entirety - until now.

To some, it was beyond the pale. To others, it was seen as an invitation for legal challenges to be launched. For a thousand folk, it was a chance to get all of Zenith in one volume at last. I agonised over whether or not to order a copy , but decided to put up the money and see what happened.

And today the book arrived. Since I bought it to read - not as an investment to flog on eBay after five minutes - I will be breaking the plastic seal. Any. Minute. Now...
