Once upon a time.......

Love the banner outside Morningside Library !! This library was gutted from top to bottom in a refurbishment in 2011 and opened after eight months work at a cost of £960,000.It has now been closed again since the 8th of December 2012 after dry rot was found in it . I think that if it was that big a problem do you not think that someone may have noticed this during the refurb . I wonder who is footing the bill ? The Edinburgh ratepayer's !!! Somebody need's their arse kicked good and hard...They say it will be open by December 2013 (maybe).............!
