The trio of contentment

We didn't think we needed to light the fire this evening, as it seemed mild. However, the cat kept on about it and so in the end I relented. Then there were two Labradors as well, all baking away. Gradually they moved further away until now, they are waiting by the door to go out for a breath of air. Do they actually absorb heat to store up for later? Or are they attracted to the light? Who knows!
