Cotoneaster Not Berberis

This ground hugging plant, like many other plants and trees this year, is laden with brightly coloured berries. This is one tiny corner of our garden that is filled with shrubs and needs very little attention.
With the washing finished and the ironing done yesterday we have returned to Fineshade for a few days. We were here on 23d March when the weather was very different from today. This will probably be our last caravan trip of the year as we hibernate during the winter months.
