Sea Urchin

Storm.

I love thunderstorms. If they happen at night they always bring the girls running. They dive straight under the duvet and we whisper conspiratorially together. We count the time between each flash of lightning and rumble of thunder, waiting for it to roll further away and the rain to start pounding on the roof.

Standing at Longniddry Bents the girls and I watched that huge ominous cloud roll in. The thunder claps sent the girls running to the car. I braved it until the rain and then I ran too.
