Stealth biscuit making

If I make these when Nia and Joe are here I get hounded mercilessly, until I give in and give them one...and of course one is never enough and I can only fob them off with "they're too hot, wait for them to cool down" for so long. This morning I decided to bake a quick batch while they're at Pre-school, so I can get them hidden away before they come home (and maybe sample one or two in peace with a nice cup if coffee).
