The Snap-on Delivery was made today

Today the UPS man came visiting and he exclaimed, "It's from Snap-On." This was an exciting day for my son. He has worked all summer to buy his tools. The tools that will mean his livelihood as an aircraft mechanic.

Pat is a brilliant kid but high school was miserable for him. I didn't realize how miserable he was in high school until he graduated and it was behind him. Now, he's in a aircraft mechanic program that he absolutely loves. Getting his tools was a really big deal. Yes, probably as significant as when the medical students get their white coats.

Hopefully, he will have these tools for the rest of his life. This may not be an amazing photo as far as interest, composition and mechanics but it signifies a red letter day here at my house.
