Berrys Bay

In keeping with the 'lesson' theme from the last couple of blips; todays lesson was disappointment.

I'm at the former BP site in Waverton and next to Berrys Bay. One of my favourite spots with decent views of the Harbour. Plus its just a nice place to walk around and chill out. Got here before sunset; scoped out a few spots. Got a few photos before sunset, as the sunset and then just after... a bit more waiting and the blue hour arrives, the lights of the city sparkle and slowly it gets dark. So 90 minutes later and a 'few' photos I'm feeling hungry and cold as the wind has some chill in it... off home.

So now comes the disappointment... wot a load of crap, %$*@).#*$)(@() ... s hmmm dunno what happened I'm having trouble rescuing a single photo; debated not even posting this.

Anyway a scruffed up black n white because I like the shapes of the boats & buildings. Loved the texture of the water. Loved the pop of lights. This is about 30 minutes after sunset so the city was brilliantly lit by the office lights. If you can't tell todays task was to get some moored boats in the context of the Harbour.

Had fun, enjoyed my time sitting on the rocks with a friendly & cute cat who decided who join me absorb the warmth from the rocks. Any local Sydneysiders or visitors really should come to this park it really is special.
