Creative with Rice

Today I participated in a creative display where we outlined the shape of Thailand with gold string then sprinkled rice all over the country to symbolize the Good News of Jesus being spread throughout the country. Red rose petals were sprinkled down afterward. It was beautiful and touching. Rice is so prevalent in Thailand, one of the staples in every home, so it was an appropriate choice for this picture.
