Attack!

This lot couldn't even wait till the tree had fallen over before invading. I had to lie on the forest floor to get this shot - actually it wasn't unpleasant - the sweet smell of deep leaf litter in decomposition has an earthy attraction about it.
The weather has definitely turned now so this may be my last fungal Blip. Hope you have enjoyed looking at them as much as I have enjoyed taking them.
