Egg-a-licious

Eggs. They've got to be good for you. Especially farm fresh ones. The yokes are so yellow, which enhances the colour of whatever you use them for. And despite the terrible wet and cold weather we are currently having, our chooks are still producing lots of eggs. Which means that perhaps I should get going and do some baking.....
