SnappinJez's Crow Challenge

Some time ago, around June, fellow blipper, Snappinjez set me a challenge to perform the crow pose.

I made lots of noises about practising and never actually did.

So, some time after the challenge was laid down, I decided after refereeing the football today, that I'd give it a go.

This, therefore, is my version. I am awaiting feedback from the setter of this challenge on style, execution, etc.

I have to say that it began to ache after the first 15 minutes but the remaining 45 were less troublesome and, perhaps, even enjoyable.
