Day 4. A day with the dolphins

Today has to be one of my favourite days ever. All four of us swam with dolphins, and I mean actually got in the pool and swam with them. The babies loved it, I loved it we all loved it. I couldn't pick just one pic so I thought at least this way all 4 of us are in them.

There are dolphins at our resort but when we spoke to them prior to going they advised us that caleb couldn't go in as he was too young, well there was no way we could do it without the little man so we contacted a few more and we came across dolphin discovery which caters for all ages. This would be a dolphin encounter so didn't included foot pushes or pulls but did mean we could get in the pool with them.
We took a taxi to the pool which was based on maroma beach. And wow what a beach! We waited at the bar for our slot and the bar had swings hanging all the way around it, it was so sweet.

Now onto the dolphins, us and a big family had our introduction together but when we got in the pool we realised that we were separate groups and it was just us, two trainers and two dolphins. I held caleb and mark took Erin so we had a dolphin each, to kiss, shake fins, throw balls, high five and wave. We swam out to the middle of the pool and the dolphins weaved in and out of us but under our arms. they did a little display for us which erin wasnt too impressed with this as it involved splashes and it was salt water. Me and mark took it in turn to have some pics with them also as we had some extra time. We said our goodbyes (literary with waves) and got dressed. We headed in side to see all the pics and so started the bartering for the photos. I left mark to it while me and the babies walked round to find some gifts and mark emerged a winner :)

We didn't get back to our resort until late afternoon so we chilled and then got ready for the evenings fun. Food with treats from the chocolate fountain and then off to the children's evening entertainment, tonight was a disco. Both babies loved it and danced until they were sweaty (it doesn't take too much in this heat)
