Second, 10-mile run :-)

Hooray! ... managed to stick to my plan and do a full, 10-mile run this morning ...

... and kept to bang-on 10-mins per mile :-)

Next week's plan is now to do a shorter run on Wednesday (5-miles), and then a half-marathon on Sunday :-(

Today's picture is of the section of the canal out beyond the Bypass, which really is particularly calm and beautiful.
