Someone's not going to be happy...

Haven't found anything exceptional to blip lately... it figures when a good one comes along I wasn't prepared for it. Stopping by the bank on the way home I saw someone was soon to be a victim of a prake and darn it if I didn't have my camera! I had to settle for a picture taken with my phone, so quality isn't the best. But it was too funny to pass up! :)
