Ed, 40

My brother-in-law (to be) Ed, in the heat of the moment getting the main course out.

To celebrate his 40th birthday, Ed decided to cook a three-course dinner for 65 people. As you do. He is a brilliant cook, and you couldn't wish to meet a nicer guy; I love him.

We were at Fernhill Farm in the Mendips, an excellent venue for a big night like this. Everyone clearly had a great time. Cheers Ed, happy birthday matey!
