Fantasy World

It has been a lovely weekend. Hot and sunny, albeit a bit windy.

Last night, we went with Mum and her friend Ursula to see the Rat Pack over dinner at La Plaza in Riviera del Sol.

They were surprisingly good too. They didn't look exactly like the three gentlemen concerned, although you could certainly tell which one was which, but they did sound very like them. Quite a fun evening, although it was after one o'clock by the time we got home.

Today has been a more lazy day. No padel today as we could only raise three players. So after a much needed lie in, Jac went for a run while I fast-walked Buster along the beach and we all met up at Midnight Bay (where this shot was taken this afternoon) for a swim in the crystal clear sea.

Then we cleaned up the roof area, which is to become a roof garden and a place where one can relax in the sun out of summer season. It was hot up there today and I spent an hour or so on the sun lounger topping up my tan.

Now, its time for some roast pork, a little Rioja and of course Downton.

Sometimes I really believe I live in a fantasy world! Have a great week everybody.
