What might have been

I had intended to build up a detailed mosaic of the Moon from a series of high magnification shots taken via my telescope. Crystal clear skies, set up all my gear, waited for the sky to darken sufficiently, started to record and seconds later the cloud piled in! This is a typical scenario for any astronomer! You get used to it. So instead here is my 'safety' shot taken on my bridge camera.
