A precious day off and a day to escape. Lunch in our favourite pub in Bamburgh, 'The Castle' and a walk along the beach. Another mild, dare I say warm day, the sun was shining and it could almost be summery. I've photographed Bamburgh Castle from the beach before so thought I would post this shot taken in the village looking across the cricket pitch. It is the most beautiful village, beach and castle and one of those 'must visit' places.
