Morning Clouds

A smooth - and on time - crossing from Lerwick to Aberdeen, meant I was on the road south promptly this morning.

Lovely pink light on some interesting clouds (from a lay-by on the A90 somewhere around Brechin) was the highlight of the day, although I didn't feel there was time to explore for a better view point.

The weather did rather deteriorate as I drove south, building to clouds south of Stirling, and by the time I reached Birmingham at about 16:30 there was a lot of standing water around on the roads, and the final hour of so of my drive into Oxford was in torrential rain.
