Bread making

A Sunday night blip catch up for me. Our WI meeting this month was all about bread, with the Sainsbury's number 1 master baker who works at our local store. As it's coming up to Christmas, well sort of, we had demonstrations of festive loaves and stollen. The stilton, cranberry and walnut loaf is definitely one I'll be trying out this year.
