Gallic Insouciance

Popped up to Bolton today with J9 to see the new exhibition at Neoartists gallery then met Ruth & Andy at the food festival & continental market.

Great atmosphere and amazing smells, this chap served us some gorgeous potatoes with melted cheese, mushrooms and cubed bacon and was really friendly... but somehow only a frenchman could pull a face like this, and only a frenchman could pull a face like this and still make you want to eat the food.

Now off to cook spanish chicken using the olives, sweet pickled garlic and chorizo we bought along with the crusty cheese & onion bread :)
