Wash Me

Today, tropical depression Danny came blowing through dropping lots of rain for the perfect day of racing cyclocross.

Somehow, I doubled up on the races and did two 45 minute sessions of pain. Actually, I doubled up because @guerra had a mechanical on the first lap of his race, and not wanting to go home without a workout, we decided he should race the noon race. And I didn't feel like sitting around, so I raced it with him.

Here's what my jersey looked like when I got home. Keep in mind that while at the race course, I wore it into the shower to get the heavy mud off of it.

Sloppy, wet, rooty, technical, endos, swamp crawl, getting-lapped (second race), suffering...a good day of cyclocross.
