Permanent tattoos for 4 year olds?!?

Alex has had this tattoo for a long time, it will not come off! She wants it apparently when she is a grown up. But not sure fairies are allowed tattoos- which is what she informed us today she is going to be when she is a grown up- for her job. Love her!
