Sunny Bunny

I was taking photos in the back yard/garden today, documenting the plantings that work and those that don't, when I noticed this little rabbit by the fence. She was about the size of a kitten, and my cautious approach, camera in hand, was barely noticed.

She clearly didn't consider me a threat, and continued with what looked like a yoga routine, followed by a quick belly and back leg wash, before settling down to soak up the sunshine.

The soporific warmth soon had her in a very relaxed state, barely able to keep her eyes open, despite my looming presence only a few feet away.

I know rabbits can be pests, but this one is welcome here anytime!
