Pheasant at Newby

This time last year, we spent the October break in Italy and I recall one of my blips was a seagull patrolling the hotel balcony in Sorrento.

This October we are staying at home getting on with things. One of those things was to collect Ellen's sculptures from Newby Hall in Yorkshire where they had been part of the Sculpture Walk for the summer. Newby is now closed for the season having attracted over 60,000 visitors. I am sure some will have appreciated the sculptures.

Newby doesn't have seagulls, it has pheasants and this one was quite happy to do a spot of modelling for a blip.
