Another wet day...

...another snatched shot of droplets on the Plume Poppy, which grows on our patio, its airy stems now well over 3m in height. Not exactly the ideal patio plant, but it likes the spot and is very good value throughout the year.We keep meaning to move it to a more suitable place, but somehow it never quite happens.

Otherwise it's been a fairly mediocre day of report writing and food shopping, together with a quick trip to buy supplies for a party we'll be holding in just over a week's time, to say farewell to Chris and Lizzy before they leave for India. It's all seeming rather close now...
