Dean Graveyard

I had a bit of time to kill in Edinburgh in between shopping and attending the Photography Society and decide to head up to Dean Graveyard. Unfortunately as soon as I arrived it started raining so all my shots had to be taken under the umbrella.

The graveyard was looking nice with lots of fallen autumn leaves and the low light probably made the contrast easier to handle but I struggled to find a satisfactory image as so much of the graveyard is set out in serried rows. The trials of an over popular inner city graveyard ! I liked this final image because of the lighting through the trees.
