Nothing beats shellfish

A good friend from London came to stay so what better reason for dinner out with the London contingent in Paris and many bottles of red wine. I had a French Onion Soup - when in Rome.. followed by a divine Marmite St Jacques et Gambas. There is nothing more delicious than a good Mornay sauce, pure rich creamy goodness the ultimate scallops accompaniment. A very late night with very high red wine consumption and subsequent blue lips and teeth.
