River Kent, Kendal

Perfect autumn morning for a run around Kendal! This view was an excuse to catch my breath and photograph the river from Stramongate bridge.

Signed up for a 10 km run in December so better get training properly... Prize for finishing is a Xmas pudding! Course is gently undulating around langdale valley...
