Reflections that is. I see this view every day as I walk down Old Broad Street to Bank Underground station and it always makes me smile. I wonder if it will make you smile too?

Go large to see them all – there are loads

It was a very busy day. I raced out at lunch time, grabbed this and lunch and raced back. Wearing training shoes all of the time has some advantages - I can go faster.

It was sunny and quite warm

Murphy is a lot better – thank you for all of your well wishes. He really likes the rice, yoghurt, and milk mixture.

Now I feel under the weather. I am not going to try his mixture
