Second day of the Arctic Futures symposium, run by the International Polar Foundation in Brussels.

The event was held at a lovely little conference centre/arts venue called Le Bouche à Oreille - and I now know an awful lot more about Arctic shipping, and the challenges it both poses and faces, than I did this morning.
