Morning blippers

Heading North to my beautiful Scotland today. It's my nieces 18th birthday. Can't believe she is going to be 18 lol i was the first visitor to see her when she was born and well she is a very special girl !

This image is of the beach in front of my house. I Love it, I could take a pic a day and still find something new to snap.

On a sad note i found out a friend may have breast cancer. She is strong and it looks as though it's localised to one area so her chances are good. But it would be good if we could all spend a few moments thinking of her, positive energy is powerful.

Reason to be greatful; my health and happiness.
