When we arrived at Hong Kong airport today there was no record of us being booked on the flight. On closer inspection of our booking we noticed that someone (no names mentioned ) had booked us on the same flight but April 2014...we had a nervy 20 min wait to find out if there was room on today's flight, luckily there was and no extra cost.
