Smoke without fire

If this is the worst we get, we'll be doing well. While devastating bushfires continued to burn today well to the north of us, the closest fire to Batemans Bay was a small one near the village of Mogo, about 10km away, now under control. There's an out-of-control fire in the Deua National Park, to the south of us, that has so far burnt out about 500ha, and in the shire to our north another, also out of control, that has burnt 1250 hectares. So it's no surprise that we have a smoke haze here - but not so bad that it stopped this man fishing off the bar.
