Go Ape

Had to live up to promise of taking my daughter on Go Ape for her 10th birthday! Eek!

This was two thirds of way round and a bit that nearly finished me off. I was never any good in gym lessons when we had to use upper body strength. All my circuit training has obviously paid off.
