Island Tree

I had an early start to head up to a misty Glen Affric (again); it was very atmospheric and quite busy with photographers.
I predict the autumn colours will be at their best next weekend or the one after at the latest so I will, no doubt, be heading there again.
I have photographed this little sapling hanging onto the rock midstream before and nearly got a wet foot trying it again today!
