Fun Guy's in the Park

I found these Fun Guy's & more in Hampden Park Park today.
Not sure if they are edible, but our dog didn't BARK at them so I guess they're not deadly.
I remember finding some Amanita muscaria when out walking & our Dog went crazy barking at them. Good Dog, warning me to keep away.
